We are looking for a detail-oriented Media Investment & Buying specialist to join a contract position supporting a media team in Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping campaigns organized, coordinating closely with internal partners and vendors, and ensuring media activity stays accurate and on schedule. The right candidate will bring a strong eye for detail, confidence working in media buying environments, and familiarity with tools such as Strata or similar platforms.

Responsibilities:

Maintain organized records, tracking documents, and supporting files tied to active media placements and buying activity Monitor campaign and buy progress to help ensure deadlines, deliverables, and details are accurately managed Communicate with media vendors on routine matters, including confirmations, follow-ups, and status updates Provide day-to-day operational assistance to the media team across planning and investment workflows Support media buying tasks by helping coordinate information, documentation, and execution steps Review materials for completeness and accuracy to help reduce errors and keep processes running smoothly Experience supporting media investment, media buying, or related advertising operations Familiarity with StrataJazz or a comparable media management platform Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Background in digital media, media planning, or advertising is preferred Clear written and verbal communication skills for vendor and team coordination Innovation starts with people. ® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
