We build high-performing content, campaigns, and digital advertising for brands, businesses, and talent, and we measure everything. We are hiring one hands-on Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of our Meta and Google ad accounts. You will have direct access to leadership and an in-house creative team, so when you spot something that needs to change, you can change it the same day. This is a builder's seat, not a slow agency seat. If you like fast creative testing cycles, clean tracking, and being judged on ROAS instead of slide decks, keep reading.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Full ownership of in-house and client ad accounts across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and TikTok Campaign builds from scratch: account structure, audiences, bid strategy, budgets, placements, and conversion events A relentless creative testing cadence across hooks, angles, offers, static versus video, UGC, and landing pages Daily performance monitoring with same-day optimizations against CPA, CPL, and ROAS targets Scaling what works, killing what does not, with reasoning you can defend Tracking and measurement hygiene: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, and CRM or offline conversions Weekly reporting for leadership and clients in plain English, numbers first Briefing our creative team on exactly what to shoot, edit, and write next Building the naming conventions, dashboards, and playbooks that let paid media scale beyond you
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
3+ years buying paid media with Meta Ads Manager as a primary platform, not just boosted posts A track record you can quantify: monthly spend you personally managed, ROAS or CPA before and after, and what you changed to move it Google Ads experience across Search, Performance Max, and/or YouTube Comfort owning budget decisions without waiting to be asked Fluency in CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, AOV, and conversion rate, and how they trade off against each other Hands-on experience setting up and debugging conversion tracking Strong creative instincts: you can look at an ad and predict whether it will perform, and explain why Clear, fast written communication and real follow-through Based in the Nashville area or ready to be, since this role is hybrid out of our downtown office

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
Full-time, hybrid from our downtown Nashville office at 505 Church St. Starting at $4,000 per month ($48,000 per year), plus performance-based bonuses tied to account growth and results.

WHY THIS ROLE
Direct access to decision-makers. An in-house creative team that can turn around new ads quickly. No layers of approval between you and the change you want to make. You will build the paid media function here rather than maintain someone else's.
