This is not an entry-level or "set it and forget it" role. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that generate real leads for our clients, primarily in high-competition industries such as personal injury law and medical practices . If you understand how to turn ad spend into signed cases and booked appointments, this role is for you. What You'll Be Responsible For Build, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Develop and execute campaign strategies focused on lead generation and ROI Manage budgets ranging from small local campaigns to high-spend accounts Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis Write or guide ad copy and creative direction based on performance insights Implement and manage tracking systems: Conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.) Call tracking (CallRail or similar) Attribution tools (experience with Hyros is a plus) Analyze campaign data and provide clear, actionable insights Collaborate with internal team on landing pages, CRO, and overall funnel performance Occasionally join client calls to explain strategy and performance (when needed) Required Experience & Skills Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads Proven experience managing campaigns for: Personal Injury Attorneys Medical / Healthcare providers (chiropractors, clinics, etc.) Strong understanding of: Conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting Attribution and data accuracy Lead generation funnels Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions (not just optimize bids) Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment Nice to Have Experience with Hyros or advanced attribution tools Familiarity with Local Services Ads (LSAs) Experience working with high-ticket lead generation (legal/medical) CRO or landing page optimization experience Work Environment Hybrid role: Initial in-office training (Orlando) Majority remote after onboarding Minimal but strategic client interaction
