Job Description
The Associate, Partner Direct supports the planning and execution of digital media campaigns across key channels including TV, Partnerships, Digital Direct, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search for a global electronics client. This entry-level role works closely with cross-functional teams including Investment, Strategy, Analytics, and Ad Operations to help bring media plans to life and deliver against client business objectives. This role is highly executional and thorough, with a focus on learning how media strategy translates into investment decisions, activation, and performance. The Associate will gain exposure to both endemic and non-endemic media partners, supporting campaign execution across highly relevant category environments as well as broader reach channels. Support the coordination and execution of integrated media campaigns across channels, including trafficking, timelines, and deliverable management Assist in activating media plans across a mix of endemic partners (category-relevant publishers and platforms) and non-endemic partners (broader reach and awareness-driving platforms) to ensure full-funnel coverage Partner with internal teams (Media, Creative, Ad Ops, Analytics) to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and run efficiently Contribute to the development of media plans, tacticals, and POVs by gathering inputs, organizing details, and ensuring alignment across teams Help monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling reporting deliverables, including basic insights and observations Support quality assurance of campaign setup and execution to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategy Assist in translating media strategy into activation by supporting channel-level execution and partner coordination Maintain and track campaign documentation, including flowcharts, timelines, and budget allocations Serve as a day-to-day internal point of contact for campaign logistics and status updates Collaborate with project management and client service teams to ensure deliverables are met and timelines are adhered to Build foundational knowledge of media channels, tools, and processes, including exposure to proprietary systems and industry platforms Proactively find opportunities to improve processes, organization, and campaign execution 0-2 years of digital media planning experience is required Strong communication skills both written and verbal and a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills, but they will embrace a role that requires a mix of art and science Experience developing and presenting their thoughts and ideas and ability to speak up with new ideas Ability to think critically, analyze everything, and look for unconventional solutions to problems Thorough and exceptional organizational skills Proficiency with MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills Strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
