The Media Assistant plays an important role in keeping our media campaigns organized, accurate, and moving forward. This position supports the media team with campaign setup and execution, media proposals and reporting, trafficking creative assets, maintaining campaign details and assisting with billing reconciliation and invoice tracking. This position offers the opportunity to learn media strategy, planning, buying, campaign management, and reporting, with room to grow within the media team. You'll work closely with our media team, internal departments, and outside media partners, so strong communication, organization, and follow through are essential. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building a career in media and advertising while gaining hands-on experience across both traditional and digital channels. The Media Assistant will help coordinate with vendors and internal teams, process insertion orders, monitor campaign performance, and prepare reports for client presentations. The role also involves supporting networking initiatives, staying current on media trends, and contributing to a collaborative, detail-oriented team environment.
