Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking a Senior Agile Product Lead to guide product strategy, feature prioritization, and Agile delivery for a major federal modernization and data migration program. This role leads backlog development, aligns mission and technical needs, and ensures products and features are ready for release across cloud, data, application, and migration workstreams. The Senior Agile Product Lead partners closely with engineering, Scrum, QA, cloud, migration, and stakeholder teams to deliver high-quality capabilities that support mission critical outcomes.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Backlog Ownership
  • Own, develop, and prioritize the product backlog based on mission needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
  • Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories with well defined acceptance criteria
  • Ensure features align with modernization, cloud, data, and migration priorities
  • Manage roadmap expectations, dependencies, and feature sequencing Agile Delivery & Team Collaboration
  • Partner with Scrum Masters and engineering leads to drive sprint planning and execution
  • Maintain continuous communication with development, QA, cloud, and data teams to ensure readiness
  • Participate in refinement, estimation, and cross team coordination sessions
  • Ensure the team understands feature context, business value, and delivery expectations Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with government customers, mission owners, and leadership to gather requirements and define priorities
  • Prepare and deliver briefings, feature updates, roadmap reviews, and decision recommendations
  • Ensure transparency into product progress, risks, and performance Release Readiness & Quality Alignment
  • Validate feature completeness, acceptance criteria fulfillment, and user experience quality
  • Partner with QA to ensure testing coverage and defect resolution
  • Support release planning, sprint demos, PI planning, and capability demonstrations Documentation & Reporting
  • Develop product artifacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, feature definitions, and roadmap documentation
  • Maintain visibility into product metrics, throughput, and sprint performance
  • Ensure documentation meets contractual, program, and governance standards Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
  • Must have an Active Top Secret Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in product ownership, Agile delivery, or technical program support
  • Extensive experience leading Agile teams, managing backlogs, and delivering technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of cloud, data, application development, and modernization workflows
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear, mission aligned user stories
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DOJ, FBI, Intelligence Community, or other national security programs
  • SAFe PO/PM, CSPO, or similar Agile certification
  • Background in cloud modernization, enterprise systems, or large scale data migrations
  • Experience with DevSecOps environments, CI/CD pipelines, or microservice architectures Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.
