Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and maintain physical and digital shelving solutions within JDA planogram software that drive retailer growth strategies and satisfy shopper needs Provide business analytics, synthesize insights into assortment recommendations, and leverage a consultative selling approach delivering these to our lead advisors and merchant partners Prepare assortment and/or planogram performance overviews and market share drivers & drags; leveraging multiple data sources Drive efficiencies by learning & adopting space planning automation software, AI agents, and other third party resources Manage APT Test & Learn software to measure and report on critical success metrics What extra ingredients you will bring:
Bachelor's Degree Required Minimum:
3+ years in Business Analytics, Category Management, and/or CPG Sales Analytics Experience and proficiency with data resources (Scintilla/POS reporting, Nielsen, Numerator Panel, Industry Insights) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with prioritizing multiple deliverables and overlapping deadlines Experience building, executing, and maintaining the physical and digital shelf
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
