Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead enterprise-wide safety transformation projects within the energy and utilities industry. This Contract/Temporary opportunity in Baldwin Park, CA is ideal for a highly organized project leader who can manage complex initiatives, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive measurable business results. In this role, you will support high-impact safety initiatives that influence operations, culture, and organizational performance. You will work with leadership, department teams, vendors, and key stakeholders in a collaborative environment that values accountability, communication, ethical decision-making, and continuous improvement. • Manage high-impact, enterprise-wide safety projects from planning through successful completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, scopes, risk mitigation plans, resource plans, and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings, deliver presentations, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and priorities across departments, vendors, and leadership groups.
• Support safety culture transformation initiatives, business readiness activities, change management efforts, and related project roadmaps.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and barriers, and drive accountability to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. Compensation and Benefits
• Salary range: $124,000 to $156,000 per year.

• Manage enterprise-wide safety transformation projects and related strategic initiatives.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, scopes, risk plans, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, stakeholder meetings, presentations, and executive-level updates.
• Support change management, business readiness, training, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• 7+ years of experience managing projects, programs, or contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience managing large-scale, high-impact projects or programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively with management, departments, vendors, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong experience managing project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Experience with change management and business readiness, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, hold teams accountable, meet deadlines, and drive results.
• Strong ethics, adaptability, teamwork, professionalism, and ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
• Project Management Certification.
