• Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop products from ideation through commercialization across assigned product categories
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends and define product development direction
• Evaluate current and future product portfolio performance, including profitability and feasibility, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
• Support the development and execution of short-term New Product Development (NPD) pipelines aligned with long-term brand and business objectives
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and ensure successful execution of product launches
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product launch campaigns and initiatives, and deliver insights and performance reports to relevant stakeholders
• Develop and manage trade marketing materials, including trade show assets, brand presentations, and promotional content
• Maintain and update product specifications and sales materials, such as sell sheets, catalogs, and brochures
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain functions Qualifications and skills
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong background in marketing strategy, planning, and new product development
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with a strong team-oriented mindset
• Strong project management capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
