Product Development Sample Coordinator (Bilingual English/Mandarin)

Location:

City of Industry, CA | Full-Time |

On-Site Pay:

$25-$30/hour, DOE | Non-Exempt |

We are a global apparel wholesale and retail company serving major retailers through sourcing and product development operations across the U.S., China, and Southeast Asia. We're seeking a bilingual English/Mandarin coordinator to manage product samples, development timelines, and communication with overseas factories and internal teams. Responsibilities

• Manage and track product samples, logs, and documentation
• Communicate with overseas factories on samples, revisions, and approvals
• Coordinate sample deliveries and internal distribution
• Review samples for quality and accuracy against tech packs
• Monitor timelines and follow up on deadlines
• Assist with sample presentations, labeling, packaging, and product updates
• Support seasonal launches and special development projects Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• 2-3+ years of product development, sample coordination, or apparel experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PLM experience a plus
• Professional, proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work full-time, on-site in City of Industry Benefits
