200684215-0670 The Product, Design, & Marketing Budget Team is seeking a resourceful and experienced product manager to own the development and evolution of an internal budgeting tool. You'll drive the product roadmap from gathering requirements and documenting feature requests to overseeing development, QA, and delivery. Description The ideal candidate spots issues early, drives them to resolution, works autonomously in a fast-moving environment, and communicates clearly across engineering, stakeholders, and leadership. Responsibilities Create, enhance, and manage internal tool by identifying user needs and creating high-level feature requirements Own product roadmap, feature and bug prioritization, taking into account user needs and business goals and priorities Manage end-to-end implementation, QA, and user-acceptance testing of tool with development team and users Identify user-facing and back-end bugs and work with developers to prioritize fixes, and gather essential context on reported issues Document user processes and backend workflows Perform data analysis, reconcile data, and audit data to verify data in tool is accurate and complete Manage the ticketing system that tracks bugs and feature requests; determine appropriate action for each ticket with minimal supervision Drive cross-functional meetings with development and internal stakeholders; own action item tracking and follow-through Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop solutions accordingly Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience with software development, product management, project management Experience building a proprietary financial budgeting tool serving a broad user base Experience implementing AI tools to automate and streamline workflows Ability to operate autonomously — scoping ambiguous problems, making sound prioritization calls with incomplete information, and driving decisions Experience with drafting high-level feature requirements Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot technical issues through resolution Strong communicator between both technical and non-technical team members Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a Marketing and Creative organization Strong understanding of financial data including but not limited to Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and invoices Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL Proven record ramping quickly on complex platforms, understanding diverse user types, their requirements, and how changes impact the system holistically Comfortable with ambiguity and adjusting to evolving business requirements and priorities Experience with Snowflake, eApproval, Keynote, Datalab, Tableau, Airtable, Jira Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $250,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
