Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly effective candidate to identify, create, develop and integrate innovative technology to deliver the best operating, lowest cost infrastructure in the world. This individual will lead the manufacturing operations and quality operations working with our preferred suppliers for Integrated Circuits. Successful candidates will bring strong knowledge of Semiconductor supply chains, semiconductor manufacturing operations, quality assurance operations, and provide oversight of outsourced manufacturing teams. Basic Qualifications
- Audit and ensure quality manufacturing operations at IC Suppliers and their down stream supply chain
- Identify key technology manufacturing trends in the IC industry and drive supplier operations to ensure they meet the strategic initiatives in those products.
- Develop key performance metrics and manufacturing output metrics with the supplier to ensure high volume output meets quality criteria
- Responsible to provide weekly team updates, deliver executive level updates on a monthly basis, and will be responsible for vendor escalations in order to resolve any issues related to his/her category

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPreferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience managing supplier factory operations and/or quality operating systems

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
