Direct-hire Compensation:

$170,000 to 200,000 (DOE) plus annual bonus We're partnered with a client seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and optimization of customer-facing digital experiences that drive engagement, demand generation, and business growth. . This is a highly visible opportunity to influence product strategy, partner with executive stakeholders, and deliver innovative solutions that directly impact customer acquisition, retention, and conversion. . What You'll Do:

Product Strategy & Leadership Own and evolve the product roadmap for consumer engagement and digital experience initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve customer activation, retention, and conversion across the customer journey. Lead products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch, optimization, and scale. Drive innovative initiatives that enhance personalization and elevate customer experiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Business teams to deliver impactful product solutions. Translate customer insights, market trends, and business objectives into clear product requirements and priorities. Align stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes. Growth & Customer Experience Optimization Analyze customer behavior and performance data to uncover growth opportunities. Define and track key metrics related to engagement, lead generation, retention, and conversion. Champion experimentation, testing, and continuous optimization to improve customer journeys and business results. Platform Innovation & Market Impact Collaborate with technical teams to build scalable product capabilities that support long-term growth. Use customer feedback, data insights, and market trends to drive product enhancements and roadmap decisions. Partner with Marketing and business leaders to develop strategies that maximize customer engagement and platform adoption. What We're Looking For 5+ years of product management experience within consumer technology, digital marketplace, SaaS, or high-growth technology environments. Proven success leading customer-facing products focused on engagement, acquisition, retention, or conversion. Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data, metrics, and experimentation to drive product decisions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams. Experience with growth strategies, funnel optimization, customer journey mapping, and A/B testing. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product development practices. Experience with AI-driven products, personalization, recommendation engines, or intelligent customer experiences is highly desirable.
