Sr. Product Manager Elixir Medical - 2.9 Milpitas, CA Job Details $140,000 - $170,000 a year 19 hours ago Qualifications Statistics Stakeholder engagement Product marketing Bachelor's degree Content marketing Data interpretation Strategic communications Stakeholder management Full Job Description Major Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Global launch planning and execution for novel and innovative interventional cardiology devices, including launch readiness, sales training, messaging, competitive positioning and materials development. Support on-market activities in collaboration with Commercial teams aligned with product strategy and target customer segments. Build and execute new therapy development plans to drive early clinical adoption and physician peer-to-peer education. Collaborate with KOLs and societies to shape product awareness, user training, and guidelines inclusion for our innovative technologies. Identify and address market access barriers across geographies by aligning product value propositions with stakeholder needs (e.g., clinicians, providers, payors). Identify new market opportunities and unmet clinical needs within interventional cardiology through ongoing voice of customer activities (e.g., new clinical indications, geographic expansion, adjunct clinical use). Collaborate with R D, clinical, regulatory and operations teams to support go-to-market execution in new regions. Continuously monitor competitive landscape, procedural trends, and clinical developments to inform product positioning and market strategies. Provide leadership with actionable insights to guide prioritization and investment in new markets or product development opportunities. Qualifications Experience 7+ years of direct medical device industry marketing experience, with at least 5 years in product management organization. Deep understanding of interventional cardiology, product training and education is strongly preferred. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies in a global healthcare environment. Strong expertise in digital marketing, public relations, brand management, and content marketing. Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. The ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, regulated industry. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of statistics, ability to draw conclusions from data. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred. This position is based in Milpitas, CA and is an onsite position. The salary range is $140K to $170K based on factors including experience, skills, etc.
