What you'll do on a typical day: Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI, machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics products from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can drive operational efficiency, automation, and business value Lead product backlog management, including prioritization of features, use cases, data requirements, and technical capabilities Translate business needs into AI-ready requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics Collaborate with Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, Platform, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to deliver AI solutions using agile methodologies Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, product demonstrations, and retrospectives to ensure successful product delivery Develop and maintain AI product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and enterprise AI strategy Monitor product performance, adoption, and value realization, making recommendations for optimization and enhancement Identify and manage AI-related risks, including data quality, model performance, governance, bias, explainability, security, and regulatory compliance Communicate AI concepts, opportunities, limitations, and business impacts to technical and non-technical audiences Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation of AI capabilities Contribute to the advancement of AI product management standards, governance, responsible AI practices, and MLOps capabilities across the organization What you need to succeed at
