Job Description
In this role, you will impact the success of Honeywell's building automation products by ensuring alignment with market demands, optimizing product performance, and fostering strong collaboration across engineering, marketing, and sales teams. Immediately after joining, you as a Product Management Specialist will be managing Buy-to-Sell (BTS) products portfolio in Building Automation's Fire business, the role which requires portfolio management, commercial, operational, and technical skills. There could be change in portfolio as required at a later date based on need of the job requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute product management strategies that align with business goals and customer requirements. Lead supplier/OEM partnership management, commercial and pricing strategies, forecasting and supply chain requirements, quality and regulatory compliance and collaboration cross-functional leadership to drive profitable growth of the portfolio Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch support. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation. - Extensive experience in product management within the building automation or related technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and customer-driven product development.
- Proficiency in tools and methodologies related to product management, including Agile frameworks, roadmap development, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver successful products.
