The Vice President of Product will play a pivotal role in driving Integra Beauty's growth by leading the strategy, development, and execution of our brand's product portfolios. This position is created to elevate our product innovation, operational excellence, and market impact across all brands. The VP of Product will report to the COO and work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the company's goals, while building and leading a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional products that resonate with our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Integra Beauty's business goals and brand vision.
  • Track and manage product-related KPIs to drive growth, optimize product launches, and achieve "Hero" product status across all brands.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional leaders to ensure operational priorities support overall company direction.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Build, train, and retain a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and create growth opportunities for team members.
Product Development:
  • Oversee and manage all phases of product development (PD) from initial concept to vendor briefs, product testing, product approval, packaging development, and production readiness for all launches.
  • Implement new QTM (Quick to Market) Product Development structure and methodologies to reduce evaluating & launch timing for high-demand consumer brand concepts.
  • Populate a multi-year new product launch pipeline. Ideate new product concepts, and partner with Marketing & executive leadership to evaluate based on the size of new product opportunities and their level of effort to implement. Prioritize and schedule launches given market insights, trends, and consumer feedback.
  • Partner with Marketing & Education on the Go-to-Market strategy for all launches including the development of compelling Product Marketing Stories and the generation & substantiation of claims that support them.
  • Ensure both manufacturing methods and finished goods meet or exceed quality, safety, and sustainability standards while constantly staying abreast of regulatory developments affecting product, operations, and profitability. Research and Development (R D):
  • Launch business trajectory changing innovations by:
  • Researching & identifying high-impact, emerging technologies both directly and adjacently applicable to the beauty consumer goods industry.
  • Developing technologies of high potential value from a low-readiness state into a high state of readiness for incorporation into saleable beauty products.
  • Forming key strategic relationships with external subject matter experts & business partners intended to enable cutting-edge opportunities for Integra's products.
  • Generating & protecting Intellectual Property (IP) including patents and trademarks. Product & Operational Sustainment
  • Partner with Supply Chain teams in the management of existing and new supplier relationships emphasizing product innovation & quality, production readiness & compliance, and implementation of new manufacturing technologies.
  • Support market expansion activities including the sale of products into new international markets, retail customers, and sales channels ensuring smooth adaptation of products.
  • Lead efforts to enhance existing product offerings through reformulations, repackaging, cost reductions, and updated claims testing.
  • Orchestrate technology transfers between vendors to increase product quality, develop new vendors, and defend the business profitability.
  • Prioritize the Voice of the Customer by responding to customer complaints, expeditiously closing quality defects, and incorporating customer feedback into product changes & new product development
