We're currently hiring a Product Manager to play a key role in our next stage of growth. This position is critical to scaling the business driving product innovation, strengthening our market position, and ensuring our product strategy is tightly aligned with customer needs and revenue goals. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to bring products to market that are not only technically strong, but clearly differentiated and commercially successful. Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Define the product roadmap aligned with company growth goals Identify opportunities for new products, upgrades, and feature improvements Prioritize initiatives based on revenue impact and customer demand Lead new product launches (e.g., next-gen borescopes, accessories, software) 2. Voice of Customer Regularly engage with customers, sales reps, and service teams Gather feedback from: Demos Repairs / RMAs Lost deals Identify recurring pain points and translate into product improvements 3. Competitive & Market Analysis Identify gaps and opportunities to differentiate Support sales with competitive battlecards and positioning Forecasting and trend analysis to support inventory planning, product demand projections, and production scaling Measure product launch success using ARR growth, gross profit contribution, adoption metrics, and post-launch performance analytics Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI evaluations for new/current product development 4. Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement Partner with Sales & Marketing to: Define product messaging Develop product training materials Improve demo effectiveness Ensure reps can clearly articulate value and differentiation 5. Product Development & Execution Work with engineering / suppliers to: Develop new products Improve reliability and quality Manage timelines, specs, and product requirements Ensure products meet performance and durability standards 7. Repair & Quality Feedback Loop Analyze repair data and failure trends Identify root causes and drive product improvements Reduce failure rates and improve customer satisfaction QualificationsRequired 3-7 years experience in product management or technical product roles Experience with hardware, industrial equipment, or technical products Strong ability to translate customer needs into product requirements Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment Preferred Experience with inspection equipment, cameras, or similar systems Background in mechanical or electrical engineering Experience working with overseas manufacturers or suppliers Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and product analytics Success Metrics Successful launch of new or improved products Increased win rates in competitive deals Reduction in product failure rates / RMAs Increased revenue contribution from new products and upgrades
Pay:
$130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
