$70-80/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match Overview The Center for Product Excellence is helping shape how product management is practiced across a large enterprise technology organization, with AI at the core of that mission. We are seeking a technically skilled Product Manager to help lead this effort by evaluating, building, testing, and scaling AI?powered tools that bring consistency, speed, and quality to product work across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to define how an enterprise product organization adopts AI in its day?to?day practice, working at the forefront of what's possible with platforms like Claude Cowork and a rapidly evolving AI tooling landscape. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, design, build, and continuously improve AI?powered tools and skills aligned to the enterprise product lifecycle and shared product practices Author and refine prompts, configurations, templates, and supporting artifacts across AI platforms to ensure high?quality, consistent outputs for product managers Collaborate with product managers to identify pain points, gaps, and opportunities where AI tooling can accelerate and improve product work Maintain a prioritized backlog of tool and skill improvements informed by user feedback, testing results, and evolving organizational needs Develop and execute structured testing protocols for every tool and skill release, including regression testing, edge?case analysis, and output evaluation Define and track quality metrics for AI tool outputs (accuracy, completeness, consistency, relevance to product context) Establish a release cadence and version control process using GitHub, ensuring traceability and rollback capability Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI tool adoption, usage frequency, user satisfaction, and downstream impact on product delivery Build dashboards or reporting mechanisms to track tool usage and effectiveness across teams Conduct regular analysis of adoption trends and present findings and recommendations to leadership Use data?driven insights to prioritize the AI tooling development roadmap Create and maintain user?facing documentation, guides, and reference materials for all published AI tools and skills Develop training content (walkthroughs, video tutorials, live demos, FAQ resources) to drive adoption of AI tooling across the product management community Partner with the Product Excellence team to integrate AI tool training into onboarding programs and enablement sessions Serve as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for product managers with questions about AI tooling, best practices, and adoption Stay current on advancements in large language models (LLMs), AI?assisted product management tools, and the broader AI tooling ecosystem Evaluate emerging AI platforms, plugins, and integrations for potential enterprise use Provide technical guidance on how AI models work, their capabilities and limitations, and best practices for prompt engineering Contribute to the broader AI strategy by identifying opportunities to extend AI?powered tooling beyond current use cases Required Skills Hands?on AI tooling experience Proven experience building or configuring AI tools, skills, plugins, or automations (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering, including output evaluation and optimization Product management fundamentals with 5+ years of experience (backlogs, requirements, roadmaps, adoption of tools/platforms) Experience with GitHub workflows (pull requests, version control) and structured testing/validation Ability to perform comparative evaluations across AI models, platforms, and configurations Demonstrated ability to define and track metrics, build reporting, and use data to drive decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and training for non?technical audiences Self?directed, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast?paced, evolving environment Preferred Skills Experience with Claude or Anthropic's AI platform, including Cowork skills or Claude Code extensions Background in developer relations, technical writing, or enablement?focused roles Experience working within a large enterprise product organization Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Miro Understanding of agile methodologies, design thinking, or lean product development Experience creating video walkthroughs, live training sessions, or e?learning content Why Should I Apply?
