We are partnered with a manufacturing company who is seeking a Product Manager to lead product strategy, performance, and lifecycle management. This role is ideal for someone who understands manufactured products, enjoys cross‑functional work, and can turn customer and market insights into strong product decisions. Key Responsibilities Manage product line performance, profitability, and long‑term strategy. Identify new product opportunities, enhancements, and customer‑driven improvements. Build business cases, product charters, and customer requirement documents. Participate in voice of the customer research and feedback programs. Support new product development from concept through launch and post‑launch evaluation. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Technical Service. Monitor product quality, warranty trends, pricing, costs, and competitive activity. Maintain product dashboards and recommend corrective actions. Partner with Quality/Operations to resolve product issues and customer complaints. Conduct competitive pricing analysis and recommend pricing strategies. Own full product lifecycle management. Support SIOP forecasting by product, channel, and ASP. Develop product positioning and content with Marketing. Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes. Travel up to 10%. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in product management, product development, sales, or marketing. Experience in new product development and manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of P&L drivers and financial performance. Experience selling or marketing through distributors or multi‑channel environments. Industry experience in HME/DME, durable goods, equipment, or mobility products preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Collaborative, hands‑on approach with cross‑functional leadership ability. Schedule & Compensation Full‑time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM $75,000-$90,000/year
