Director, Bank Agile Product Management - HELOC

Experteer Overview In this role you lead a bank-focused Agile product management team delivering solutions aligned to strategic objectives. You collaborate with senior leaders to ensure outcomes drive business value and regulatory compliance. You allocate funding, remove impediments, and coach teams across the portfolio to meet OKRs. The position emphasizes ownership of HELOC delivery, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership within a regulated banking environment.

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years related experience
• 8 years in product development, process improvement, project delivery, or business/requirements analysis
• 2 years in financial services experience within the last roles
• 3 years of direct team leadership or leading large matrixed teams
• Experience in marketing, strategy, digital, process, or UX design in financial services
• Agile Scrum practices and experience as Product Owner
• Knowledge of multiple delivery methodologies including SAFe
• Experience analyzing requirements, processes, and use cases to improve workflows and payments
• Regulatory and banking compliance knowledge
• HELOC and mortgage domain experience and leadership in large Agile product organizations in banking or mortgage environments
