Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a strategic, high-impact NPD Project Manager to turn next-generation product concepts into reality. Why Join Us? You will sit at the dynamic intersection of Engineering, Quality, Operations, and global supply partners to deliver exceptional quality, cost, and delivery performance. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Drive Sourcing Strategy:
Create and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for launch components, leveraging supplier platforms and standardizing parts to maximize efficiency.Lead High-Stakes Negotiations:
Manage supplier selection and finalize vital agreements (NDAs, SOWs, LOIs).Bridge Technical & Commercial Teams:
Partner with Engineering and Operations to integrate cutting-edge vendor tech into final product designs early in the development cycle.Analyze & Optimize:
Build clean sheet cost models, evaluate capacity, and tackle root-cause challenges to ensure uninterrupted supply lines and target pricing.Deliver Results:
Keep cross-functional teams aligned, data tracking systems updated, and executive leadership informed through every phase of the build.What We're Looking For Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.Experience:
7+ years of hands-on procurement, sourcing, buyer, or project management experience.Skills:
Expert negotiation capabilities, vendor management skills, analytical modeling acumen, and top-tier cross-functional leadership.Mobility:
