Full-Time | Exempt Join the Trim-Tex Team At Trim-Tex, we build with care in every product we make. We are looking for a Product Manager, Exterior who understands exterior wall systems and wants to turn field insights into products that perform, meet code requirements, and earn the trust of contractors, distributors, and architects. What You'll Do Own the exterior product lifecycle, from market opportunity and development through launch, improvement, and retirement. Serve as our internal expert on Direct Applied EIFS, stucco, cementitious finish systems, and supporting trim and accessories. Maintain code approvals and third-party evaluations, translating changing requirements into product plans. Partner with R&D and Engineering to develop manufacturable products that meet performance and testing requirements. Equip Sales and customers with training, installation guidance, technical resources, and specification support. Build field relationships and use customer feedback, competitive insights, and performance data to grow revenue and margin. What You'll Bring Five or more years of product management experience with exterior building products. Hands-on exposure to EIFS, stucco, cementitious finish systems, or related trim and accessories. Working knowledge of exterior wall standards, building and energy codes, evaluation reports, and fire testing requirements. Experience managing product lifecycles and guiding development through stage-gate reviews. Clear communication, strong project execution, and comfort working with technical and commercial audiences. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field. Preferred Building products manufacturing experience, exposure to international exterior markets, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, and Monday.com or equivalent tools.
