Pay Range:
$75 to $85 an hour.

Job Summary:
The Product Manager will partner with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions within an Epic EMR environment. The role will own product vision, roadmap, backlog, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for assigned Epic capabilities. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of Epic experience with Cheers, Epic CRM, and or MyChart. This position requires strong stakeholder management, independent problem solving, and experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements. Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, intake, prioritization, and delivery for assigned Epic capabilities. Partner with technical delivery teams to clarify requirements and support solution implementation. Review and validate delivered solutions to ensure stakeholder requirements are met. Assess business requests, define effective solutions, and manage competing priorities. Collaborate with cross functional teams throughout product development and implementation.
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of hands on Epic EMR experience. Direct experience with Cheers, Epic CRM, and or MyChart. Experience gathering and translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Experience partnering between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Epic certification is expected. A recently expired certification may be acceptable. Product management or product ownership experience. Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Experience supporting complex healthcare or EMR initiatives. Experience with additional Epic modules. Strong experience in customer care or healthcare technology environments.
