The Senior Director, Portfolio & Content leads ed2go's portfolio management, content development, and portfolio operations organizations and ensures these capabilities continue to serve as engines of profitable growth and competitive differentiation. You'll collaborate closely with the General Manager and Ed2go Leadership Team to ensure our priorities align with growth expectations, market opportunities, and learner needs.
+ Lead the Portfolio Management team (online course product managers) and the content development team (learning design, media design, and production management) who collectively own our online course catalog of more than 1,000 programs.
+ Build insight into portfolio performance, market dynamics, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
+ Identify and prioritize opportunities for new programs, category expansion, content modernization, partnerships, and portfolio optimization.
+ Establish clear investment frameworks that enable disciplined decisions about where ed2go should build, buy, partner, expand, modernize, or exit.
+ Guide portfolio lifecycle management, balancing investment in new growth with optimization and maintenance of the existing catalog.
+ Use financial, market, customer, and operational data to evaluate portfolio performance and inform investment decisions.
+ Partner with Finance and business leadership to ensure portfolio decisions support sustained revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-term value creation.
