We are seeking aProduct Manager to join our Advanced Circuit& Packaging business and serve as a key link between business strategy and manufacturing execution. In this highly visible role, you will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Technology, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive business growth, operational excellence, and product portfolio performance across the product lifecycle. This position is 100% onsite in our Marlborough MA facility.

What You'll Do Own the performance of assigned product portfolios, including growth, profitability, supply continuity, lifecycle management, and long-term business sustainability. Serve as the product management leader for the Marlborough manufacturing site, translating business priorities into operational execution. Influence manufacturing strategy, sourcing decisions, capacity allocation, and supply network optimization. Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve complex product, supply, quality, operational, and customer-related challenges. Drive alignment and accountability across commercial, manufacturing, technology, quality, procurement, and supply chain teams. Develop and execute portfolio strategies that improve competitiveness, operational effectiveness, and business performance. Support strategic growth initiatives through lifecycle optimization, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and manufacturing improvements. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in product management, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or related fields. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and business initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to work effectively across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in electronic materials, specialty chemicals, electronics manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, or related industries. Experience in semiconductor, advanced packaging, or other technology-driven markets. Knowledge of R, manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and product lifecycle management.
