Long-term We are hiring a Salesforce Core Tech Lead to own the technical direction of our Salesforce Core platform ( Service Cloud, OMS, Experience Cloud, and the shared data model underneath them). This is a hands-on lead role. You will set the architecture, review and merge every PR that touches Core, own release quality, and lead two mid-level Salesforce engineers day to day. You will work closely with the Commerce Cloud lead, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders in CX and Operations across NA and EMEA. Required Skills 7+ years of Salesforce development with at least 2 years in a lead or architect capacity owning a Salesforce org end to end. Deep, hands-on Service Cloud experience: Case routing and Omni-Channel, Service Console, Knowledge, Entitlements and Milestones, CTI or telephony integration, Experience Cloud portals. Expert Apex (triggers, async, batch, queueable, governor limits), LWC and Flow. You know when a Flow is the wrong answer and can explain why.Strong integration experience:
REST and SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, middleware (MuleSoft or similar), and external system patterns such as ERP, payment providers, and shipping carriers. Proven ownership of a Salesforce release pipeline: Git, SFDX / sf CLI, scratch orgs or sandboxes, CI/CD, and test coverage discipline. Track record performing code reviews and holding a team to a quality bar. Experience leading or mentoring engineers, including giving direct feedback. Comfortable working across US and UK time zones with distributed stakeholders. Mandatory Skills Salesforce Order Management ( OMS) experience, including order lifecycle, fulfilment orchestration, and payments.Salesforce certifications:
Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, Application or System Architect track. Experience working alongside a Salesforce Commerce Cloud ( SFCC) team and the data flows between B2C Commerce and Core.Experience in a SOX-regulated environment:
