We are seeking a Product Manager, Software for Life Sciences to lead the strategy, value delivery and business performance of WebCenter for Life Sciences , a mature enterprise SaaS product focused on packaging lifecycle management, artwork, content and compliance workflows for regulated customers. You will own the why and what of the product, shaping a clear product vision, building an outcome-based roadmap and translating strategic priorities into high-value initiatives that drive measurable customer outcomes and profitable growth . This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact at the intersection of enterprise software, pack agi ng innovation and Life Sciences compliance . This is a remote, US-based role and candidates must be based in the Eastern time zone . The role requires meaningful overlap with colleagues in Europe and India and regular engagement with North American Life Sciences customers. Candidates should also be willing and able to travel up to approximately 10% of the time for key customer engagements, workshops, headquarters alignment and team meetings; valid travel documentation may be required. You will work closely with Design, Technical Leads, Product, R D and customer-facing teams to validate needs, define priorities, support execution and drive successful product launches and adoption. Because the team is globally distributed, this role requires someone who can work independently, operate with curiosity and learning agility, and bring structure to complex information. Success means representing WebCenter with North American enterprise customers, articulating customer needs and product capabilities clearly, and ensuring product investments focus on the highest-value opportunities for customers and the business within 2-18 months. What you will do Own the product strategy, business performance and value delivery for WebCenter PLMS for Life Sciences across regions, balancing customer outcomes, market opportunity, strategic fit and profitable growth. Develop a deep understanding of Life Sciences customers, users, workflows and regulatory requirements; identify unmet needs, validate problems and translate insights into product requirements that drive adoption and differentiation. Define and communicate a compelling 12-24 month product vision, strategy and roadmap, and secure alignment across Product, R D, commercial teams and key stakeholders. Partner with Pricing, Product Marketing, Sales and channel teams to shape packaging, pricing, positioning and go-to-market approaches based on customer value, competitive dynamics and commercial objectives. Translate strategy into clear, prioritised outcomes, initiatives, epics and requirements; provide business context, customer value and prioritisation guidance so squads and Technical Leads can execute effectively. Lead discovery and business case development for new capabilities and investments, including user requirements, value hypotheses, success measures and launch readiness. Drive successful product launches and adoption with squads, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Services and regional teams, ensuring readiness, clarity of value proposition and measurable business impact. Support growth through strategic partnerships, alliances and ecosystem opportunities where they strengthen customer value, market reach or solution differentiation. Ensure messaging, promotional activities and market-facing content align with product strategy, customer needs and the differentiated value of the solution. Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. Experience handling complex technical or regulated domains, with the ability to learn quickly, synthesize ambiguous information and communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders. Product management experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS, ideally serving Life Sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, regulated manufacturing or similarly complex regulated customers. Ability to understand regulated customer workflows and translate customer needs into product strategy, roadmap priorities, requirements and measurable outcomes; experience with Life Sciences compliance, labeling, packaging, controlled content, regulatory information or quality workflows is highly relevant. Proven record of developing and launching successful B2B enterprise software or SaaS products, with experience working in Agile software development environments. Preferred qualifications Direct experience with Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare SaaS, regulated manufacturing, PLMS, labeling, artwork management, packaging or compliance workflow solutions. B2B enterprise software or SaaS product management experience, including subscription or platform-based products. Familiarity with Product Operating Model frameworks or similar structured product delivery approaches. Experience with product analytics platforms, voice-of-customer programmes or structured customer research. Familiarity with packaging, labeling or supply-chain solutions in a regulated or highly complex operational context.
