Job Description
Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to partner with our Cyber Security Operations teams. This role sits in our Cyber Platforms and Engineering team within the Global Cyber Security ( GCS ) organization. Why This Role is Important to Us This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving team as we transform Security Operations into a product-led, customer-visible service model to deliver applications, platforms, and Data & AI workstreams to support our end users and stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will have: What You Will Be Responsible For In this role, you will: Partner with our Cyber Operations Teams to design and deliver solutions for end users and stakeholders from our Cyber Defense Centre, Threat Hunt and Threat Intelligence teams. Shape definition of the problem statement, value, risk, and sequencing while making decisions that are threat informed and data driven. Focus on risk reduction, customer value, regulatory impact, and feasibility. Commit and own roadmaps, dependency maps, and decision logs. These will be visible by product, quarter, owner, dependencies, and status. Build solutions by owning backlog grooming, sprint priorities and release readiness ensuring execution status is visible by milestones, blockers and decisions needed. Measure with outcome orientated scorecards and roadmap refreshes with success based on benefits realized: adoption, coverage, MTTR, control efficacy, reduced friction. 5+ years of demonstratable experience, working cross-functionally in a complex security operations environment. You will be comfortable articulating tangible outcomes and value of products/solutions you have both owned and delivered. What We Value These skills will help you succeed in this role: Know your customer and be customer obsessed, providing enablement, support model, and clear service ownership. Background in software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud architecture, and vulnerability remediation. Comfortable representing delivery status to senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership. Awareness of Industry trends and threats such as AI, third-party risk management, and emerging risks. Knowledge of the vendor landscape, emerging products, and solutions, understanding how they can add value to our Cyber Operations teams. Be a good human, practitioner and partner who will respectfully challenge the status quo. Education & Preferred Qualifications Qualification(s) required: Bachelor's degree in technology related technical discipline / Cyber related qualification preferred.
