Boston, MA Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product and portfolio strategies for antibody, protein, and biotechnology products. Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, biological targets, customer segments, and product applications. Translate scientific capabilities and customer needs into clear product concepts and development priorities. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, emerging technologies, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Evaluate new and existing products, balancing scientific potential, market demand, resources, and commercial opportunity. Build business cases and recommendations to support product development and portfolio investment decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with scientific, business development, commercial, and communications teams. Support pricing, licensing, partnership, and commercialization strategies. Manage product roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and multiple concurrent initiatives. Maintain organized documentation of market analyses, product plans, and portfolio decisions. Communicate product strategy and technical capabilities to internal and external stakeholders. Proactively identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive projects through completion.

Requirements:

M.S. or Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, protein engineering, biotechnology, or a related scientific field. 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Strong understanding of antibodies, proteins, biologics, biotechnology products, or therapeutic development. Demonstrated experience in product strategy, portfolio management, commercialization, business development, or a related function. Experience evaluating markets, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and commercial opportunities for scientific products or platforms. Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear product and market strategies.
