Working closely with the Technical Product Owner (TPO), platform engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Solution Analyst ensures that incoming requests are well-defined, aligned with enterprise standards, and sequenced to maximize business value and platform adoption. The role also leverages data analytics and observability insights to validate and prioritize requirements and ensure platform capability roadmaps are aligned with business needs, performance signals, and operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities

- Translate requests into clear problem statements, use cases, and success criteria.
- Identify gaps, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure a complete understanding of business and technical needs.
- Analyze usage trends, adoption patterns, operational metrics, and other data insights to validate and shape requirements.
- Decompose requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and supporting documentation.
- Ensure work is fully defined, feasible, and aligned with platform standards before entering development.
- Maintain backlog quality and documentation using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Work closely with the Technical Product Owner to define and track KPIs supporting platform and business objectives.
- Analyze platform usage, operational metrics, and performance data to support prioritization decisions.
- Leverage observability platforms, including Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana, to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Use performance and adoption insights to refine requirements and validate business value.
- Support dashboards and reporting initiatives that improve visibility into platform health and user impact.
- Support prioritization and sequencing of work based on business value, risk, and effort.
- Partner with the Technical Product Owner to prepare backlog items for planning and sprint execution.
- Organize demand into structured and comparable work items to support roadmap decisions.
- Facilitate requirements refinement sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Communicate requirement updates, decisions, and dependencies effectively.
- Ensure requirements align with enterprise guardrails, reusable components, and standardized technology solutions.
- Encourage adoption of standardized solutions over custom approaches.
- Contribute to improvements in intake, refinement, and requirements management processes.
- Support continuous improvement through observability insights and feedback loops to enhance platform capabilities and outcomes. Required Qualifications
