Data & Analytics Product Manager | Hybrid | Addison, TX or McLean, VA Client is looking for a Data & Analytics Product Manager to help drive Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, and MarTech data transformation initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting business strategy, data, technology, and project delivery.
What You'll Do:
Lead project/product management across data and analytics initiatives, including roadmaps, requirements, scope, and delivery. Partner with Marketing, CRM, Digital, Loyalty, MarTech, data, and analytics teams to define business and data needs. Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, enhancement requests, and stakeholder communications. Prepare leadership updates, governance reviews, and management reporting. Support CDP, customer data, MDM, data integration, and new marketing data capabilities.
What You Bring:
3+ years of project/product management experience with requirements, roadmaps, risk, and issue management. 4+ years driving technical, analytics, engineering, or data initiatives. 2+ years of data analysis, reporting, storytelling, or modeling experience. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy and PM tools such as Jira or Smartsheet. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. ????
