In this role, you will own the full life cycle of a critical BioScience product portfolio. You will work closely with marketing, strategy, and engineering teams to transform customer insights into high-performing, market-leading products.

Qualifications Must-haves:

Direct experience managing product life cycles within the bioprocessing, biotechnology, or life sciences sector. Proven track record of launching new products through a formal stage-gate development process. strong financial acumen with experience managing product pricing, forecasting, and profitability. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to bridge technical, commercial, and operational teams.

Nice-to-haves:

Familiarity with CAPA processes, regulatory compliance, and quality frameworks in BioScience. Background in conducting market intelligence and voice-of-customer research within workflow solutions.
