As the Director - Jeep Brand Product, you will lead the team responsible for one of Jeep's most strategically important nameplates: Grand Cherokee, Cherokee, Gladiator or Compass. You will shape their longrange product vision, guide commercial performance, and inspire a team of Product Managers to deliver vehicles that elevate Jeep's legacy. The ideal leader brings strategic vision, passion for the Jeep brand, and the discipline to drive detailed execution with urgency. Proven track record of leading people & projects required. Key Responsibilities Leadership & StrategyEnergetic visionary with strong communication and presentation skills.

Champion a collaborative, highperformance culture across Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

Represent the Jeep brand and customer voice in all product decisions.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, elevating product discipline and crossfunctional collaboration through executionDefine and execute the endtoend global product and commercial strategy, balancing brand identity, customer needs, and business objectives.

Create forwardlooking product visions informed by customer insights, analytics, and emerging trends and technologies.

Product Definition & LifecycleOversee global product planning, feature contenting, segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle strategy from concept through launch and serial life.

Guide the team in managing the full product grid-trims, content, options, complexity, and takerate optimization.

Governance & CommunicationBuild and present highquality, datadriven narratives for executive governance forums, defending product strategy, financials, and tradeoffs.

Drive alignment across key stakeholders and represent Jeep's product strategy internally and externally.

Performance ManagementEstablish, track, and drive corrective action for vehiclelevel KPIs (revenue, margin, mix, share, cost, complexity, timing, quality).Ensure urgency, discipline, and accountability to hit program milestones and launch readiness. Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.10+ years experience in product planning, brand management, product strategy, or related automotive disciplines.

Demonstrated success leading and developing teams in crossfunctional environments.

Deep understanding of the
U.S. SUV
market and customer expectations.

Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset.

High-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to craft wellstructured, datainformed executive narratives.

Strong communication, storytelling, and governance-preparation skills.
