You will work directly with the founder to research competitors, identify product opportunities, organize ideas, build concept directions, and support the product development process from idea to factory execution. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, visually strong, detail-oriented, and excited about physical products, design, and innovation. Our strategy is centered around finding product opportunities, developing better products than the competition, and building brands that stand out in the market. Requirements What You'll Do Research competitor products, customer reviews, market trends, and category gaps Help identify opportunities to improve existing products or develop better new ones Organize inspiration, references, and concept directions into clear boards and presentations Turn rough ideas from leadership into clearer product concepts and development notes Draft product briefs with key details including materials, dimensions, features, finishes, construction ideas, and visual references Work with internal designers, 3D designers, sourcing team, and factories to help communicate product direction clearly Track product development projects, samples, revisions, and next steps Review product samples and help document improvement opportunities Keep product development files, notes, and decisions organized Help build a more structured product development workflow across brands What Success Looks Like Product opportunities are being researched and documented consistently Concepts are presented more clearly and quickly Factory briefs are more organized and easier to execute Sample revisions are tracked with less confusion Product development moves faster with less founder bottleneck More products are launched with stronger differentiation and better design details Qualifications 0.5 to 3 years of experience in product development, product design support, consumer goods, accessories, sourcing support, industrial design support, or a related field Strong interest in physical products and how they can be improved Strong research, organization, and communication skills Ability to create clean concept boards, reference decks, and visual briefs Comfortable using tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, or similar Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once Good written and verbal English communication Able to work closely with leadership and move ideas forward quickly Experience with ecommerce, Amazon products, consumer goods, jewelry, wellness, accessories, or packaging is a plus Experience working with factories, suppliers, or product sampling is a plus 3D or CAD familiarity is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate You are highly observant and always notice how products could be better You enjoy researching products, reviews, and competitors You can take scattered ideas and turn them into something clear and organized You have a strong eye for product details, premium touches, and visual quality You are proactive and like keeping projects moving You want to grow into a bigger product development role over time Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Work directly with the founder and gain exposure across multiple ecommerce brands Strong opportunity for learning, development, and career growth Real ownership in a fast-moving product development environment Collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture Paid time off and company holidays
