High growth position within a global industry leader Globally backed being part of a large organization About Our Client A global B2B industrial technology manufacturer specializing in precision motion-control and gearing solutions. Its highly engineered products enable automation, robotics, renewable energy, construction, aerospace, and other demanding industrial applications where precision, torque, reliability, and durability are critical. Job Description Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for precision Encoders and Censors Conduct market and competitive research to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities. Work closely with engineering and R D to define product requirements, specifications, and new product development priorities. Translate customer and market requirements into product features and technical requirements . Partner with sales and business development teams to identify customer opportunities and support complex technical sales. Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for B2B and industrial customers. Create and maintain product documentation , including datasheets, catalogs, presentations, and technical marketing materials. Support new product launches , coordinating timelines across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing. Analyze product performance, revenue, margins, and market share to inform portfolio decisions. Identify opportunities to expand existing products into new industries and applications . Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to turn it into product improvements and enhancements . Collaborate with manufacturing and operations to ensure products can be produced efficiently and meet quality requirements. Help establish pricing and commercial strategies based on market conditions, customer value, and competitive positioning. Train and enable sales teams, distributors, and channel partners on products and applications. Manage the product lifecycle , including product introductions, updates, rationalization, and end-of-life decisions. Serve as the cross-functional point person connecting engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and customers.
