Description and Requirements Job Description Lenovo is seeking a Product Manager to join its PC and Smart Devices Commercial Notebook Segment. The position is based at our US Headquarters in Morrisville, NC. This individual is responsible for laptops designed for Education business customers and users. As a key leader in the Offerings Core Team (OCT), this person is responsible for defining and driving the market requirements for the products. This role requires working with Product Development, Design, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, Service, Geo Marketing, and Finance team members to bring new leadership offerings to market. This role leverages insights from customer feedback, data analytics, research, competitive analysis, key suppliers and partners to define the next generation of commercial products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead as core member of a cross-disciplinary team (OCT) that is responsible for developing and launching new notebooks & 2-in-1s. Develop analysis on features, priorities, and value proposition of products based on customer needs, competition, and market segmentation Meet with customers and regional product teams to bring new requirements into the business Represent the Customer voice internally to Development and Offering teams Drive continual improvements to customer experience (CX) Create Marketing Requirements Document (MRD) for product line Drive Customer Engagement and product Seed activities Work with partners and suppliers to bring new technology to market
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Product management or product marketing experience required Experience in PC, Mobile or Smart Device industry preferred 7+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in team environment Usage of modern AI productivity tools

Ability to think strategically and have exceptional attention to detail Strong analytical and quantitative capability Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 10%) The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global, multicultural team environment and possess the skills to serve as a key leader on the Offering Core Team (Project Team). This individual must be passionate about products, possess strong written and oral communications skills, be a creative yet detail-oriented thinker, and be able to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
