Senior Product Management, Cooking New Bern, NC / Full-time Your responsibilities The Senior Product Management, Cooking role is responsible for product lifecycle management and the coordination of consumer requirements for new product projects in order to drive successful implementation of the overall product strategy. The Product Manager will work with both purchased (OEM) and manufactured products, serving as the interface between Marketing, Development, Project Management, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, Controlling and other relevant stakeholders in order to achieve business targets. The Product Manager is expected to drive the business forward and to meet required deadlines with minimal direct supervision and guidance. The Product Manager has autonomy to decide the best and most effective way to complete their responsibilities and to communicate results with all relevant stakeholders. Your profile

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business Administration)

• 3-5 Years of Experience (Experience in Product Management, Product Development, or similar department in a Manufacturing environment)

• 3-5 Years of Experience (Experience in product specification processes and project management.)

• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision, handle multiple tasks and be prompt in meeting deadlines

• 30% Your Pay & Benefits The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible, then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document. Benefits offered include the following:

• 40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line).
• 12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day).
