In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for our products, bridging the gap between product development, sales, marketing, and customer support. You will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to our customers. Responsibilities o Work closely with sales and management to drive sales enablement tasks including but not limited to internal training sessions for sales and service; working with sales to build internal/external collateral; supporting customer meetings and tracking performance of product launches. o Maintain expertise in understanding USM's products, clients and competitors. Make recommendations on what areas of the business to improve upon based on this expertise. o Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, create business cases, and project plans to be executed. o Collaborate with different individuals in the company to spearhead the definition, planning and implementation of multiple product improvement initiatives. o Perform market research as needed to support product related strategies. o Proactively and efficiently resolve concerns while navigating organizational dynamics. o Represent USM effectively to both internal and external stakeholders, including presentations and giving directions where needed. o Perform other duties as assigned. GENERAL Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Basic PC skills (MS Office), neat and professional appearance Position based in Auburn, NH with estimated 20-30% overnight travel.
