You'll play a key role in driving new pet products from concept to market—tracking approvals, coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing samples and vendors, negotiating costs, and ensuring projects stay on track in our fast-paced environment. This is an ideal position for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping complex initiatives moving smoothly. Key Responsibilities Licensing & Project Coordination Track and document licensing approvals, project timelines, and milestones Maintain calendars and schedules for product launches, marketing initiatives, and cross-team activities Prepare agendas, materials, meeting notes, and follow-ups Manage sample requests, organize materials, and support brand guideline documentation Product Development & Sourcing Coordinate the end-to-end product development process for pet toys and related items—from concept through production and refinement Collaborate with design, marketing, operations, and external partners to bring innovative products to market Identify and source reliable domestic and international manufacturers Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), production timelines, and terms Manage supplier relationships, ensure adherence to quality standards, and oversee sample approvals, packaging specs, and compliance documentation Assist with prototype development, testing, and iterative product improvements Market Strategy & Operations Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring in the pet industry (focusing on safety, materials, and sustainability) Support product line planning, assortment strategies, and inventory forecasting Maintain detailed product specification sheets, development documentation, and production schedules Coordinate logistics between suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams What We're Looking For Experience in licensing, product development, sourcing, marketing coordination, or a related field in consumer goods (pet industry experience a plus) Bachelor's degree preferred Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication abilities Proactive, collaborative mindset and comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a bonus Company Description About Ethical Products Ethical Products, Inc. is a fast-growing, privately held consumer products company founded in 1952 and headquartered in Bloomfield, New Jersey.
