Must-Have Skills:

Experience managing structured innovation and prototyping lifecycles, including ideation, shaping, rapid prototyping, reviews, and proof-of-concept planning. Ability to translate opportunities into testable concepts, defining value hypotheses, assumptions, success criteria, scope, and practical implementation plans. Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, IT, Engineering, Architecture, UX, Analytics, Privacy, Legal, Security, and Compliance, with a focus on governance and enterprise standards. Have Skills:

Experience using evidence and experimentation results to advance, refine, or discontinue initiatives based on business and technical outcomes. Experience planning transitions from prototypes to proofs of concept, including dependencies, risks, governance requirements, user involvement, and enterprise readiness.
