Location:
New Jersey (HQ Office) Full-Time/Onsite A fast-growing IT services and enterprise solutions organization is seeking a bilingual (Korean/English) Technical Product Manager / Solutions Engineer to support the U.S. expansion of enterprise solutions, including PerfecTwin (SAP testing automation) and Optapex (AI-based marketing optimization).This role will serve as the primary liaison between the U.S. business team and HQ product teams in Korea, while also supporting pre-sales activities and SMB-focused initiatives within the Korean business community in the U.S.This is a high-impact role within a rapidly growing business unit.

Job Description1. Product & HQ Coordination (Core Function)Act as the primary bridge between U.S. teams and HQ product/engineering teamsTranslate customer requirements into technical specificationsEscalate product enhancement requests and track progressParticipate in product sync meetings with HQSupport product roadmap alignment for the U.S. market2. Pre-Sales & Technical SupportDeliver technical demos and solution walkthroughs (PerfecTwin / Optapex)Support RFP/RFI responses with technical documentationProvide first-level technical support to customersCoordinate Tier-2 escalations with HQ teamsAssist with Proof of Concept (PoC) and trial implementations3. SMB & Korean Business Sales SupportSupport outreach to Korean SMBs in the U.S. marketParticipate in client meetings with Korean-speaking customersAssist with solution positioning and ROI communicationSupport proposal development and contract clarificationHelp develop localized (Korean) marketing materialsQualifications 5+ years of experience in IT, enterprise software, or SaaSStrong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP; SAP preferred)Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (business level required)Experience in technical pre-sales or product managementStrong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholdersExcellent documentation and requirement-gathering skills
Preferred:
Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANAExperience working with HQ teams in Korea or global environmentsExperience supporting SMB customersExperience with AI, analytics, or digital marketing tools (Optapex-related)Key CompetenciesCross-cultural communicationStructured thinking and problem-solvingStrong ownership and accountabilityFast response and escalation managementAbility to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Additional InformationCompensation & BenefitsSalary:
$78,000 - $112,000 (DOE)
