$40/hr What's the Job? Drive the end-to-end launch process for new products from concept to market release. Manage cross-functional project timelines, ensuring all teams meet key milestones. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, prototypes, and meeting records. Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and manage vendor and supplier contracts. Coordinate testing protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance to ensure product standards are met. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or project coordination. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear collaboration. Proficiency with product lifecycle management (PLM) software, ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle), and MS Office suite. What's in it for me?
