This role involves collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and business teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs. Ideal candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and a technical background to effectively manage diverse teams and improve customer experiences while generating new product ideas and outlining product strategies. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence. Identify product opportunities and translate business needs into product requirements. Create and prioritize product backlogs, features, and user stories. Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout product development. Define acceptance criteria and ensure product requirements are clearly documented. Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities. Monitor product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and analytics. Conduct user research and collaborate with stakeholders to improve the customer experience. Manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, and product risks. Communicate product plans, progress, and results to leadership and stakeholders. Continuously identify opportunities to improve product functionality and business outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 2-5 years of product management, project management, business analysis, or related experience preferred. Strong understanding of product development and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate customer and business needs into actionable requirements. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus. Experience working with technology or software products is preferred.
