Princeton, NJ (Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite)Full-Time, ExemptWe're building an AI-native talent and skills intelligence platform that helps organizations understand the skills their people have, the skills the business needs, and how to close the gap. The product is already in use by enterprise customers, and we're growing quickly.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy for a significant area of the platform, turn vision into the specs and prototypes engineering builds from, and help develop the product managers around them. A background in HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms is a strong plus. This role requires some overlap with our India-based team, typically in Eastern Time mornings.
What you'll doOwn product strategy and the roadmap for a significant product area, turning customer feedback and business priorities into clear requirements and feature briefsPartner with engineering leads on scope, tradeoffs, and delivery, and work with engineers daily to resolve ambiguityBuild working prototypes with AI tools to validate ideas before engineering commitsDefine the prompts and evaluation criteria that show whether an AI feature is workingLead customer and user conversations and turn what you learn into prioritized product decisionsMentor and develop product managers and associate product managers, and help shape how the product team worksKeep product documentation current as priorities shiftWhat you bring7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning a product area end to end, ideally at an HR tech, LMS, or talent platform companyProven experience launching products or major features and measuring their resultsExcellent written communication and the ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiencesExperience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and turning them into prioritized, actionable plansA structured, data-informed approach to product decisionsExperience mentoring or coaching other product managersDaily, hands-on use of AI tools as a core part of how you think, write, and buildComfort with fast-moving priorities and a high level of ownershipAuthorization to work in the United States. Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $140,000 to $180,000. Final compensation depends on experience and skill alignment.
