Unlimited Talent Responsibilities Position Overview:
Own a global product portfolio of RF connectivity, cable assemblies or related technologies, and drive its strategic direction, growth, profitability, and long-term success. You will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for RF connectivity solutions and cable assembly portfolio aligned with corporate objectives and market needs. With a solid understanding of complex technical concepts, you will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Market Management to drive successful product launches and market adoption. Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably RF/Microwave, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering), with complementary training in Product Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Talent Responsibilities:
Own a global product portfolio of RF connectivity, cable assemblies or related technologies, and drive its strategic direction, growth, profitability, and long-term success. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for RF connectivity solutions and cable assembly portfolio aligned with corporate objectives and market needs. Manage the full product lifecycle, from market assessment and business case development to launch, optimization, and end-of-life management. Identify market trends and customer needs to drive growth opportunities and strengthen our position specific to our RF connectivity solutions and cable assembly portfolio. Drive cross-functional teams across Engineering, Market Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain. Develop compelling value propositions, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies that drive market adoption and business growth. Manage product pricing strategies and profitability to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives. Drive successful global product launches, ensuring effective coordination across all functions and regions, including sales and marketing content, training, supply readiness and inventory. Support customer visits, industry events, and trade exhibitions to strengthen market presence, build relationships, and identify emerging opportunities. Serve as a product expert, providing guidance on the RF connectivity solutions and cable assembly portfolio to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Talent Profile Strong business acumen with a proven ability to develop and execute product and portfolio strategies that drive growth and profitability. Solid understanding of complex technical concepts preferably in RF/microwave, electrical, or mechanical engineering. Customer-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify market needs and translate them into compelling product value propositions and business opportunities. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive initiatives across functions and regions. Proven track record of collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Market Management to drive successful product launches and market adoption. Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and business planning rooted in deep technical expertise in RF connectivity and cable assembly solutions. Leverages proficiency in engineering tools, data analysis, and business systems to drive informed, data-driven outcomes. Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented professional with a passion for innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement. Willing to travel domestic/international as needed (up to 20%)Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, with a preference for RF/Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Complementary education or professional training in Product Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field, showcasing a strong blend of technical depth and commercial acumen.Experience:
Several years of hands-on product management experience in an industrial B2B environment, with a track record of driving success. Expertise in managing technically complex product portfolios, including components, cable assemblies, connectivity solutions, or related technologies.
