- all from one central location.
- TRADE client-facing web and mobile platforms.
- Work in a fun, fast-paced, and collaborative environment designing next-generation banking technology for clients (mobile apps, websites, embedded AI etc.).
- Design innovative new products with market-leading competitive advantages that transform how clients save, manage, move, and spend their money.
- Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital banking product offerings.
- Deliver new products by partnering directly with technology, business, and operations teams to define and write requirements, manage the overall project plan, and execute deliverables.
- Engage in client research, requirements development, and user experience design for new digital products.
- Support usability testing and translate findings into product improvements that drive increased adoption.
- Research and analyze the digital banking and wealth management industries, with a focus on cash management and digital payments.
Experience:
- 3+ years of technology product management or software development
- Experience with software delivery methodologies including Agile
- Professional experience in consumer technology, banking, wealth management and/or top tier consulting firm with a focus on digital strategy is a plus
- Understanding of banking deposit products, payments, systems, and latest developing tech in this space
- BA/BS required
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail in both technical and non-technical capacity
- Understanding of retail banking space and emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of web and mobile technologies
- Focus on usability and eye for design
- Excellent relationship building capabilities with partners both internal and external to the organization
- Self-motivated/independent and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker able to define and evaluate problems and solutions, and translate goals into specific project tasks
- Excellent communicator with solid written and verbal presentation skills
- Highly developed sense of ownership and accountability for work
