full-time Top Requirements (Must haves)
- 5+ years of product analytics, web analytics, or ecommerce analytics experience
- Strong retail ecommerce experience and understanding of digital customer journeys
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Analytics, including Workspace, segmentation, calculated metrics, fallout analysis, and attribution
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs including conversion, revenue per visit, average order value, product engagement, and funnel behavior
- Experience partnering with Product, UX, Merchandising, and Marketing teams
- Experience evaluating digital feature launches and identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose changes in business performance
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience using event-level or customer-level data preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into clear business recommendations
