Preferred qualifications: + 10 years of experience in product operations, technical solutions, or strategy and operations. + 5 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams. + Experience collaborating with cross-functional executive stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales). + Proven track record in operational excellence, performance management, and career development. + Deep knowledge of the Google Ads ecosystem or Search. + Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven narratives.

- + Lead and manage a high-performing team of Product Excellence Managers (PEMs) and Practitioner Success Managers (PSMs) to drive product and practitioner excellence for the Lead Gen, Local, and Travel verticals.
