Job Summary Join Autel North America, a world leader in automotive diagnostic technology, as an ADAS Wheel Alignment & Lifts Product Manager. This is your opportunity to positively impact the Wheel Alignment category in the rapidly evolving ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) segment, through direct access to multiple teams including Autel Engineering. Candidate will also be responsible for final development and execution of Wheel Alignment & Lifts training class for Autel Academy. They will be subject matter experts and assist with OEM, Collision, & Mechanical initiatives with Sales team. Position will report directly to Sr Executive VP of ADAS. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute on Wheel Alignment & Lifts Autel Training Academy curriculum. Be available and attend R&D Engineering calls, make suggestions, and outline customer needs and wants with Wheel Alignment & Lifts product categories. Work directly with sales team and be subject matter expert on Wheel Alignment & lifts. Perform Autel Academy Wheel Alignment & lifts Training classes. Pull competitive information together to understand street prices, and features of benefits of competitive product. Update and manage ADAS product descriptions and price files to stay organized. Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of exceptional service experience, consistently achieving performance goals. Proven ability to work independently with energy and accountability. Comprehensive understanding of the automotive service and repair industry, including ADAS technology, market trends, and shop owner challenges. Prior experience in automotive equipment service is highly desirable. Excellent collaborator who is flexible, initiative-taking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Outstanding PC skills (MS Office suite), with sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and safe driving habits. Adaptive learner with the ability to master new tasks and procedures efficiently. Exceptional presentation and persuasive selling skills in both group and individual settings. $86,900.00 - $105,000.00 per year
